STATEMENT
It is hereby stated that cheque No.026574 dated
03-03-2014 for Rs. 15,03,63,001/-(Rupees Fifteen Crore Three Lacs
Sixty three Thousand and one only) is attached in compliance with the
order of this Honble Court passed on 26-2-2013 for this amount to
remain with the learned Nazir of this Honble Court till final decision
of this Honble Court on objections of the Judgment debtor on this
Execution application, final adjudication of High Court Appeal
No.74/2013 filed by the Judgment Debtor alongwith other relevant
litigation which will determine the exact Liability of the Judgment
Debtors.
Refund of the excess amount will be made to the
Judgment Debtors.
The Decree Holder would be legally Bound to
make payment of all the charges of RENEWAL of lease and get
transferred the said property to the name of the Judgment Debtor after
completion of the litigation between the parties.
