    Blender
    Large pot
    Smaller pot
    Wooden spatula
    Stove
    Cotton muslin, cheesecloth or other
    porous fabric
    A thermometer
    Mesh Strainer
    A box of some kind with drainage holes,
    or another porous mold

    The ingredient :
    250 gr of soybeans
    2 teaspoons of nigari (magnesium
    chloride)
    sufficient water

    Prepare

    Soak

    Blend

    Simmer and stir

    Strain Out Milk
