d) Product or Service profile
e) Area of operation – Global/National/Regional
f) Competitors information
g) Infrastructural facilities
h) Prize/Medal won by the company (if applicable)
i) Future growth and prospectus
3. A study based on Mckinsey’s 7S Model.
a) Structure – organizational structure in detail. Study of various departments
and their functions.
b) Strategy – any one strategy adopted by the company.
c) System – system followed in any one department in the organization.
d) Skill – classification of skill. Details of on the job or off the job training.
e) Style – style of functioning :- Example :- i) Top down or bottom up
ii) Authoritarian or participative
f) Staff – Classification duties and responsibilities of various groups of staff.
g) Shared Value – study of shared value.
4. A SWOT analysis.
5. Summary of the latest annual report of the company. Learning experience gained
by the candidate during training.
