PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Manage all aspects of live and online education and training programs ranging from $20,000 - $500,000.00 for the Corporate
Education department at Joslin Diabetes Center. Work cross-functionally supporting Patient Education, Professional Education
and Joslin Clinic departments on projects, and provides cost-effective solutions to meet business goals and decrease project costs.
Ensures projects are delivered on time and on budget. Successfully manages project deliverables for domestic and international
client programs.
Successfully led integration of a new e-learning technology (Brainshark) into Joslins educational platform. Identified
business requirements and worked with IT on implementation. Continuously trains team members on Brainshark and in
developing interactive eLearning programs from PowerPoint slides. Creates learner engagement reports for corporate
education clients and Joslin affiliate program customers.
Designs and develops educational training seminars for pharmaceutical companies on diabetes and cardiovascular disease.
Manages project deliverables including client contracts to hotel negotiations, development of faculty presentations and
formatting and printing of all program materials, to coordinating hotel logistics and analyzing program results. Programs
improve knowledge and skills of clients sales representatives and are recognized as being highly successful.
Manages patient and faculty recruitment and engagement for training programs. Oversees patient and faculty training and
travel. Responsible for project management and communicating with cross-functional colleagues to ensure project team
members complete tasks on time.
Develops and manages communications with learners and promotion of educational activities to more than 500 learners.
Ensures messages are clear and concise to optimize learner engagement in programs.
Developed cost-effective and timely solution to launch an eMongoraph educational activity for Professional Education
department. Assessed colleagues needs, and conceptualized a solution that saved the organization $5,000.00.
Independently directed the production of more than 40 programs in the United States in 2014. Traveled to multiple training
sites, managed program logistics and set up as well as client engagement. Ensured successful delivery of each program.

Effectively communicated project deliverables and updates to all team members on a regular basis.
Managed onsite logistics and ensured programs ran smoothly. Coordinated the development program reports and ensured
they were developed in timely manner post each activity.
