C.C. 1:4:8 in foundations.

Arrange,fabricate and fix formwork:

Column foundation,ducts & trenches bases

Walls of boiler foundation (Fair face finish).

Roof Beams (Fair face).

Slab, Projection & Pardi (Fair face finish).

Fixing of steel reinforcement.

Deformed steel bars.

Mild steel bars.

Mix & place 1:2:4 in:

Walls of boiler foundation.

Beams, lintels, air washer walls.

Slab, projection and pardi.

Lay solid brick masonry upto FFL.

Lay 40mm thick D.P.C.

Lay solid brick masonry above FFL.

Mix and apply 20mm thick internal plaster.

Mix and apply 20mm thick external plaster.

Mix & apply deep groove pointing.

Fix steel hinged shutter door.

Fix steel windows / ventilators.

S/C in plinth approved fill material.

Mix & lay 1:4:8 sub floor 150mm. thick

Mix, place and finish smooth 100mm 1:2:4 floor.

Mix & place and finish smooth 65mm 1:1:3.

Laying 115mm thick brick on edge sand grouting

Waterproofing with Jute felt+mud+tile

Apply enamel paint to doors
