The proposed number of students for Caticugan High School will be


215.

2. PROPOSED NUMBER OF GRADE II


STUDENTS THAT CAN BE ABSORVED BY
THE SCHOOL IN SY 2016-2017

The proposed number of Grade 11 students that can be absorbed


by the school in SY 2016-2017 is 35.

3. NAME OF FEEDER SCHOOLS (from which


school/s will the students come frompublic and private)

The feeder schools of Caticugan High School are all Public


Elementary Schools, namely: Caticugan Elementary School, Pagang
Elementary School, and Sandulot Elementary School.

4. TRACKS TO BE OFFERED

The proposed tracks to be offered for Senior High School are


Technical-Vocational-Livelihood and Academics.

5. STRAND/S TO BE OFFERRED

The Strands to be offered will be:


a. Techvoc Horticulture

6. RELATED INDUSTRY/IES

Related industries based on the strands to be offered are


agricultural farms and business establishments.

7. LINKAGES (Identify partners: LGU,


education/training institution/s,
companies, other government
sectors/branches, etc) that will provide
support in SHS implementation.
8. NUMBER OF NEEDED CLASSROOMS for
SHS

Siaton Secondary Schools have identified partners that will provide


support in Senior High School implementation and have conducted
orientation on the Senior High School Curriculum with the
proprietors of these establishments.

At present, Caticugan High School has no classroom building yet.


Since it will offer Senior High School, the number of needed
classrooms would be 12 classrooms (Instructional rooms and
laboratories). (Please see attached Site Development Plan)
Caticugan High School 3,892 sq.m. land area for buildings. NO
EXISTING PERMANENT physical structures have been put up yet as
of SY 2014-2015.
Based on the proposed site development plan, there will be three
(3) two-storey building and 1 one-storey building (To house Junior
High School and Senior High School).
Based on the proposed site development plan, there will be a total
of 13 classrooms. These classrooms will be used as instructional
rooms, laboratory, etc. for both Junior and Senior High School
students.
The needed facilities related to track offering are offices,
laboratories, instructional rooms or classrooms, computer rooms
and plant nursery.

13. INITIAL COSTING FOR OTHER NEEDED


FACILITIES

The following is the proposed budget:


Facilities (Laboratories/Nursery) : P 15,900,000.00

14. EQUIPMENT NEEDED

The needed facilities related to track offering are laboratory tables


and chairs, laboratory equipment, instructional materials, classroom
tables and chairs, computer units, LCD projectors, garden tools,
water system
The following is the proposed budget:
Equipment : P 6,500,000.00

15. INITIAL COSTING FOR EQUIPMENT

16. TEACHER NEEDS (How many teachers
with 40:1) for SHS implementation

With the proposed number of students for SY 2016-2017 and


taking into consideration the ratio of 40:1, by then, there is a need
to hire two (2) teachers.

17. OTHER REMARKS

Caticugan High School is still processing for school recognition and


GAA integration. Resources for the schools operation are taken
from its mother school, Siaton National High School.
