Dear Sir,
It has already been three months since the accident happened last August 28, 2010 at the Star
Express Tollway in Malvar Batangas. As the police report stated you were the one who bumped
into my car a Mitsubishi Montero Sport model 2009 with plate number NLI 554. Physical
injuries that was caused by the accident has been slowly healing thus, keeping my vehicle
penalized with property damages hanging.
I am writing this letter concerning the amount of P 332,000.00 which has to be paid on
December 26, 2010. This amount has been charged to you for us to repurchase a brand new
Montero Sport as a changed unit because of the damages brought by the accident which is not
covered by the insurance.
Price of Brand New Montero Sport----------------------------- P 1, 370,000.00
Less: Insurance Coverage --------------------------------------- P 1, 041,000.00
Add: Participation Pay --------------------------------------------------P 3,000.00
Total amount to be paid----------------------------------------------P332, 000.00
I have enclosed the necessary documents related to the damages in support of the demand of the
payment. I demand payment of full amount to be paid at the following address within 15 days or
else I will have to go for some legal proceedings against you.
