    Dear Mr/Mrs:
    Please accept this letter as my formal notice of resignation from PT KONKA Electronic
    Indonesia, effective [29 December 2014]. The associations I've made during my employment
    here will truly be memorable for years to come.
    I have been very happy working here and found my work challenging and enjoyable. This
    decision was not an easy one and took a lot of consideration. To continue my scholarship I must
    make a journal and reseach in beginning of January 2015. I am confident that this new role
    represents a positive move towards fulfilling my career aims.
    I hope about three weeks notice is sufficient for you to find a replacement for me.
    Thank you very much for the opportunity to work here.
