Season’s Greetings.

By this time most of you would have been settled in your respective jobs and must be
working hard and diligent to achieve your goals.

You will be glad to learn that the fourth Annual Convocation of Chitkara campus
(Punjab) will be held on 10th Jan 2010 (Sunday) at 1:00 pm. The convocation is an
important event in the life of every graduate - the outcome of your many years of
perseverance. To make this important occasion memorable, your presence is required on
the said date. It is great honour for us that Dr. Rajneesh Arora Vice Chancellor Punjab
Technical University has very kindly consented to be the Chief Guest and award
degrees to 2009 pass outs.

The rehearsal of the convocation will be held on 10th Jan itself at 9:00 am sharp. The
attendance on the rehearsal is mandatory and you will be required to collect your gown at
the time of rehearsal. In case you do not attend the rehearsal in the morning, the degree
will not be awarded during the convocation ceremony.

You are required to confirm your attendance in advance by submitting the registration
form attached, through e-mail to rupneet.kaur@chitkara.edu.in latest by 29th December,
2009. The venue, schedule and other details will be available on college website
www.chitkara.edu.in after 29th December 2009.
