SYNOPSIS

The project is entitled as MACHINERY MAINTENANCE SYSTEM is developed

for the company Bero Enterprise.
The main objective of this project is, to remove the manual working and computerizing
the billing and service maintenance. Presently, they where using manual record keeping of the
details. Here the manual work is removed in order to handle the records of Machinery Service
and Maintenance System. So, all the records are maintained accurately and efficiently in
computer system.
The features of this project is to maintain the Customer details, Machine details, Spare
parts details, Servicing details and Billing details.
The two main modules in this project is
Service Record Maintenance
Billing

The Service Record Maintenance module will maintain the details about the all the
customer who has given for servicing their machine. Billing module will give bill reports and
maintain all the details about the cash transaction.
This project is developed with V.B.net as front end and Microsoft SQL as the backend
and it is developed in the platform Windows xp.
