- Identify what are states or forms of matters which are liquid, solid and gas.
- categorize the matters.
- understand that some matters can be converted to solid or gas like water, powders.
Engage:
Ss will guess the title of the lesson using pictures and guessing the letters through hangman
game
T will explain what is a matter and students will guess how to identify it based on pictures.
Core:
Ss will categories the materials based on 3 forms of matter using A3 paper and different
objects.
Ss will discuss their answers with the teacher.
T will summarize their findings and give one property of each matters (liquid, solid and gas)
Ss will think can any state of matters convert to another matter.

Ss will complete a worksheet Circle the equivalent fractions and put an X on the fully reduced
