Gluten-free Pancakes by wolf-hearted

INGREDIENTS

2 cups milk
2 medium eggs
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 cup mineral fizzy water

salt
1 cup mix b flour
1 tbsp vanilla sugar

PROCEDURE

1. Put all the wet ingredients in one


big bowl, and the dry ingredients
in one smaller bowl.
2. Mix well ingredients in each bowl
and then put the dry stuff into
wet stuff using a mixer.
3. The mixture should be thick, but
not too thick.
4. Optional: Add rum to taste!
5. Bake 'em!
