Summer Salad

Recipe Ingredients

Potato boiled1
Kidney beans cup
White beans cup
Radish3 4
Apple1
Green capsicum1
Red capsicum1
Ice berghalf
Tomatoes2
Cucumber1
Parsley chopped bunch
Saltto taste
Crushed black pepper1 tsp
Mayonnaise cup
Fresh cream cup
Lemon juice2 tbsp
Mustard paste1 tbsp

Recipe Method
1. Finely chop radish, green capsicum, red capsicum, green capsicum, ice berg, tomato, cucumber
and parsley.
2. Now in a bowl mix all the chopped vegetables with boiled red and white beans.
3. Also chop 1 boiled potatoes into small cubes, add to salad mixture and mix well.
4. Finely chop and an apple and mix to the salad.
5. Separately mix together cup mayonnaise, cup fresh cream, 1 tbsp mustard paste and 2 tbsp
lemon juice. Mix well.
6. Lastly in a large bowl put together all the chopped vegetables, salt to taste, 1 tsp crushed black
pepper and prepared dressing. Mix all well.
7. Dish it out, serve chilled.

Russian Salad

Recipe Ingredients

Potatoes (boiled) 1 cup


Peas (boiled) cup
Carrot (boiled) 1 cup
Egg (boiled) 1
Mayonnaise 4 tbsp
Fresh cream 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper tsp
Castor sugar 1 tsp
Salad leaves for garnish

Recipe Method
1. In a bowl mix vegetables, salt, pepper, sugar, mayonnaise and fresh cream together.
2. Serve garnished on bed of salad leaves and decorate with boiled egg slices.
