Patient

: Yes, of course. My name is Muhammad Suryani .

Nurse

: Hmm,, So, how can I call you, sir?

Patient

: You can call me Yani .

Nurse

: Howve you been sir ?

Patient

: I think not good.

Nurse

: Hmm,,, Mr. Yani, Whats brought you along today sir?

Patient

: Yes, Ive got a pain in my stomach.

Nurse

: How long have been bothering you?

Patient

: I have this pain in my stomach since 7 days ago.

Nurse

: Can you describe the pain sir?

Patient

: Yes, Its very sore. i think its like a knife

Nurse

: May i know, which part of your stomach is affected?

Patient

: Its right of my stomach.

Nurse

: Have you ever feel dizzy before sir?

Patient

: Yes, I feel headache and dizzy, and I also feel nausea and sometimes vomiting.
This is cause me be limp.

Nurse

: Do you always sweaty at night ?

Patient

: Yes, i do.

Nurse

: How about your eat?

Patient

: Im just eat 2 times in a day. I think i dont have a feel to eat something.

Nurse

: Have you ever consumed alcohol or drugs?

Patient

: No, I didnt.

Nurse

: So did you ever come to hospital for get medical check up?

Patient

: No, I didnt. This is my first time coming to hospital.

Nurse

: Is there anyone in your family ever had Hepatitis?

Patient

: My wife has been exposed to Hepatitis.

Nurse

: Ok sir, you should remain at rest. Ill be back again at 11 am to checks related
complaint that you felt. If you need me, you can ask your family to call me in
nurse station.
