This week we are learning:

Christmas

Circle Time Review

This week in circle time we will also
continue to celebrate Christmas. I am
so excited to share with the students
what Christmas is back in the states.
We will use this time to finish up any
activities that we have not
completed, sing/learn Christmas
songs and watch Christmas videos.

Dates: December 22-24, 2014

Activity Time

Vocabulary: Santa Claus, Christmas, present, stocking, bell, star,

Christmas tree, ornament, sleigh, reindeer, snowman, candy cane, snow,
cold, snowball, and ice.
Sentence Structures: What is this? It is a snowman. Is it a Christmas Tree?
Yes/No, it's a reindeer.
Activities: We will continue on with the Christmas activities. This week
we will color Santa Claus for our Christmas cards. We will also complete
worksheets that incorporate math, Christmas and the songs that we have
been learning. Christmas Day activities will be celebrated on Thursday.

New Letters and Sounds

Review

This week there is not a lot of time for blending so we will do a quick blending lesson before the
Color Me Alphabet worksheets. If we are focusing on the letter Ll, then we will blend with the
letter Ll.

Review. g, o, u, l, f, b and blend

these sounds into 2 letter sight
words: ag, go, up, ub, if, of, la and
on.
