    Other useful sizes


    Standard business card size 90mm x 50mm although other sizes near to this
    are not uncommon.
    DL size envelope 110mm x 220mm to take an A4 sheet folded to 1/3 of A4.
    6pp DL 99mm x 210mm folded twice, normally an A4 sheet printed in a
    landscape style to give 6pp portrait pages.
