b. If the number varies, how does it vary over the weekend/weekdays?
c. What is the average number over the week/month?
2. Vehicle:
a. What is the vehicle that they use?
b. How many vehicles do you have?
c. How much is the approx load on the vehicle? (in kgs/number of
persons)
d. Is this a common in all franchises across the city/country or is it
location specific?
e. Who decides what vehicle to use and how to operate it? Who is the
decision maker in buying the vehicles and its operations?
f. Does your mother franchisee have any guidelines for this? Or any
rules that only such and such bike should be bought or operated in
such way only.
g. Is there a special budgeting for buying of vehicles at the launch of
your store?
h. What is the cost of the vehicles in your overall budget?

c. What is the process in detail to get these petrol encashed is it
coupons for nearest petrol pump or is it cash?
d. If you do not provide any allowance, how do u pay for their petrol? Is
it dependant on the bills like reimburesments that these boys show or
is it dependant on the kms that they have traveled?
e. What is the average amount of fuel he fills in every top up?
f. When does he fill the fuel? Everyday morning and be ready? Or fill
anytime that it gets empty.
4. Travel:
a. How many kms does one boy travel in one day?
