    State Transmission utility have been using mostly company`s printer service for printing
    letters, Study reports and presentations. The printers has proven its great importance and
    greatly helped with all the paper works and projects . But at times printer service is not
    available, due to issues like Low ink , print quality ;which hampers the smooth functioning of
    STU. Since its inception , the company has been growing steadily and efficiently adapting to
    the advancements of technology.
    In this regards, it is imperative to have an additional Printer cum Scanner for STU section
    office for print and scanning documents(connectivity letters, Minutes of meeting, Meeting
    intimation etc) . Most
