Ti liu ny l ni dung chnh ca bi ging chuyn Tin s, dng
cho cc NCS chuyn ngnh H thng in.
Ni dung gm hai phn:
Phn 1. Tng quan v hin trng v trin vng pht trin cc phng
php v k thut ti u ho nhm ng dng trong h thng in (HT).
Phn 2. Pht trin ng dng phng php xp x ho m hnh ti u phi
tuyn. Thut ton v chng trnh tm li gii ti u ton cc xp x ca bi
ton quy hoch phi tuyn, ng dng trong HT.
Mc ch ca phn 1 l tm hiu cc thnh tu ng dng k thut ti u
ho trong lnh vc quy hoch thit k v vn hnh HT cc nc, cho n
thi gian gn y. nh gi u nhc im ca cc phng php, kh nng
pht trin v ng dng vo cc iu kin c th ca HT Vit Nam. Ni dung
bo co thc cht l tp hp cc kin thng qua cc ti liu thu thp v kinh
nghim nghin cu ng dng ca cc cn b b mn HT v lnh vc ti u
ho HT. Nm 1997 CIGR cng c mt bo co c tnh cht tng kt
nh gi v vn ny [1], do nhm cng tc (Task Force 38. 04. 02) thuc
u ban nghin cu SC38 tin hnh. Nhng nm gn y, thc t cng cha c
nhng thnh tu no i mi c bit v lnh vc ng dng k thut ti u
ho vo HT v th phn c bn ca ti liu ny vn tng ng vi bo co
ca CIGR, cc ni dung khc bit ch yu thuc v nhng nh gi, phn
tch v kh nng ng dng cc phng php trong iu kin c th ca Vit
Nam.
Phn 2 trnh by kt qu ng dng v nghin cu pht trin phng
php xp x ho m hnh phi tuyn nhm tm li gii ti u ton cc (xp x)

1. GII THIU CHUNG
Theo ngha chung nht [1] c th coi mi cch thc trong mt qu trnh
x l y (theo ngha t c mc ch t ra) u l cc phng php
hay k thut ti u ho (Optimisation techniques). Tuy nhin, trong ti liu
ny, cng nh trong [1], mun ni v cc phng php ti u ho p dng
trong quy hoch v vn hnh HT, ch gii hn nh ngha ti u ho bao
gm cc phng php c th m t c bng ton hc trong cha cc
bin iu khin (control variables) cn c la chn t c tr s cc
