Below are the main working points that came out of the meeting in Ahmedabad at Sangath with
Mr. Doshi.
Master plan document based on all existing data on physical & human geography
available using as if we own all the land scenario to an extent that it can be turned
into Tamil Nadu government / TCPO use Hinjewadi (Pune) Guidelines document as a
model. Strategically treat the private land as green / open spaces to stop them from
developing, before us. We could change it after we have purchased the land TECH
TEAM; Prashant, Lata, Anita, Tejaswini + 2 planners + 1 architect
Urban design guidelines for sector 1 & 2 / Crown area. Add Mr. Doshis idea about
BODY HEART SPIRIT & CHAKRAS in the introduction. EMPTYNESS (MM) HEART
(CROWN WORLDLY MATTERS (ZONES) GREEN AREA & BELT (SPIRIT / BREATH)

Complete the work of the DDP for residential zone, sector 1 & 2 with finished
drawings, legends and explanation text goes with the drawings (complete report

Guidelines for KALPANA LUIS

Look at the whole of Crown and check out the building footprint and
areas/building usage TECH TEAM - HIRE ONE ARCHITECT to do this study
Extend the above Crown work to study at the whole of the galaxy (white mass)
assuming it to be the built up area in relation to 50K population (30sqm per person or
use some standard), then we get average stories in the city/FAR TECH TEAM
