Fees
School Fees are $20 (5s only)
Lunch is $1.70 and can be paid daily,
monthly, ect. Lunch MAY NOT be
charged!!
Breakfast is FREE to anyone arriving
before 7:40.

Arrival/Dismissal
Morning students and All Day students may enter
school at 7:15. You must be here by 7:40 to eat
breakfast and you are considered late at 7:51.
Morning students are dismissed at 10:35
Afternoon students may enter school at 11:40 and
are considered late at 11:51.
Afternoon and All Day students are dismissed at
2:40.

Transportation
Please sign your childs name to let me know if
they are a car rider, bus rider, daycare van rider,
or walker.
If they are a car rider, please have your childs
name displayed in the front of the car.
If they are a bus rider, please write out the bus
number and the address they will be dropped off
at. This info can be obtained in the office.
If they are a daycare van rider, please list what
daycare they ride.
If transportation ever changes, I MUST have a
note or you MUST call the school by 10:00am.

1 package of #2 pencils
6 glue sticks
1 clipboard
2 composition notebooks
1 2-pocket plastic folder without prongs
1 three-ring binder

- Tissues

- Crayola watercolor paint

Bookbag
Change of clothes in a gallon sized
Ziploc bag labeled with your childs
name on it
Yellow folder with completed forms

Before you leave:

Pay lunch fees
See the school nurse if your child has
any medication or special
circumstances she needs to be aware
of
If your child is a car rider, create a
car tag

MOST IMPORTANT!!!

Before you leave:

Sign in
Tell me how your child gets home
Tell me what your child prefers to be
called
Tell me if your child has any food
allergies
