Areas of learning

As Scientists we will be looking at states of matter

and how water can exist as a solid, a liquid and a
gas. This will involve lots of practical investigations
and modelling of the water cycle.
As Geographers we will be studying the River Wye
and undertaking practical field work. We will look at
the physical features of the river, evidence of flooding,
water pollution and human use of the river.
Pupils will also be invited to produce a research
project on a world river of their choice.
As Artists we will be drawing and painting water
inspired pictures.
