Communication and Outreach

Check with Adrian if he has met with Kim from Le Roi Daniels.
Katie to get in touch with Blaire re: location and process with the city
Movie night planned to first week of February (Feb 4th if church is available) instead
of Feb meeting. Sub-meeting can be held if necessary.
Vanessa to check with church and talk to Kettle Creek popcorn and CNF for food and
drink donations for the movie night.
Katie and Vanessa to look into movies with the theme of connecting kids with
nature and/or gardening (other possibilities include The Clean Bin Project or 100
mile diet).
Katie to write next newsletter article highlighting submission of the application,
description of move, call for build supervisor/lead.

Fundraising and Finance

Vanessa to complete casino application in December.

Need to get the garden as an approved project under casino funding.
