    Subject: Extension of time for defense for notice of tax year 2013-2014 and primary clarification on said
    concern. eTIN - 150401775638.

    Dear Sir.
    I have received the notice from the Tax office where hearing is dated on 26th October. I want to clarify
    the ambiguity raised in the said notice. I need 4 week more time to collect necessary documents which
    is asked by the tax office and my layer will be present at the clarification hearing.
    Primary Clarification:
    1-(KA):
    There is no cash payment receipt for agricultural land (normally payment is made on good faith), but the
    stamp agreement/DALIL will be submitted. For plot which is being purchased on installment, receipt will
    be submitted. Value mentioned in the Tax return form is an approximate value of current land price.
    1-(KHA):
    At that time period, there was no car purchased or under my possession, it was mistakenly mentioned in
    the Tax return submission forms, thats why there is no value mentioned. I apologize for the
    unintentional error.

    I pray and hope that time extension will be approved and my lawyer, on behalf of me, will be happy to
    clarify the mentioned observation raised in the notice.
