    Why : For employment Paisa kamaney or trend

    Family : Wife and three children (two sons & one daughter)
    House : Kaccha house (Jhuggi kind of structure)
    Education : No school nhi gye kabhi
    Skills : Mason but no training for construction, learned from experience
    Income : Family income 10000-12000/monthly (Work with contractor)
    He is earning 400rs/day
    His wife is earning 250rs/day

    PROFILE : LABOURER

    Other resources : Small land parcel in the village so they all have to go once in a year
    for harvesting of wheat.
    Expenditure : 5000-7000rs/month
    mostly on food
    Saving : 40k-45k Rs/annum
    No bank account for savings so deposit to contractor or shop keeper.
    Children condition : Not go to school because
    No permanent location or address (depend on the site)
    They have to go with their parents to the work place
    Even parents is not much bothered about their health

    No way of proper accommodation
    Depend on the work place

    Wash problem
    Seasonal problems (mainly in rain & winter)
    No work guarantee
    Problem of burglary
    Shifting problems
    No such aspiration for future
