3 year letterman & All-Area Defenseman at Mountain Lakes HS
3-year Letterman, Team Spirit Award Winner at Hampden-Sydney College

Former Assistant Coach at West Linn HS (OR), Susquehanna University, and KRHS 2013-2014
Former HC at NCAA DIII Susquehanna University & Lausanne Collegiate School (TN), and current HC for STEPS Lacrosse

Friday, March 6, 2015: 1st Day of Spring 2015 Practice!!!!!!!!

Saturday, March 7, 2015: USMC Leadership Training Seminar & Physical Training Day!
Saturday, March 28, 2015: KRHS @ Morris Catholic, Game #1

Health & Physical Form Requirements

All KRHS athletes will need:
CURRENT PHYSICAL,
(completed by a medical doctor, since 3/6/14)
HEALTH HISTORY UPDATE FORM,
(completed by MD for physicals beyond 90 days)
ATHLETIC PARTICIPATION FEE,
(only 1x/year; waived if on free/reduced lunch)

Lacrosse Equipment Ordering Night! (4:30 6:30 pm)

KRHS Lacrosse Athletes are responsible for providing and

maintaining all of their own protective equipment, such as
helmets, gloves, shoulder pads and arm pads
But we can order it all for you, for a good price, and with all of
your questions answered on sitethats what Equipment
Night is for!!!!
PLEASE DO NOT LET FINANCES PREVENT YOUR SON FROM PLAYING

THE GREATEST SPORT IN THE WORLD, & THE FASTEST GROWING SPORT IN THE USA!!!!
WE CAN AND WILL HELP AS MUCH AS WE POSSIBLY CAN
PLEASE SEE ME ABOUT A PAY WHAT YOU CAN AFFORD PLAN IF YOU WOULD OTHERWISE BE UNABLE TO PARTICIPATE
