What have you learnt about technologies from

the process of constructing this product?

Whilst constructing my media product, I found
that I learnt about InDesign's uses in the media
industry by developing skills when using it for my
work. I feel like I am now more familiar with the
program, and can confidently use it again to
create alternative products. The main thing I
learnt about InDesign was the various tools that
can be used to create a visually pleasing element
of a product, such as how to format bodies of text
and align images and borders. Additionally I also
learnt how to make sure that text does not
contain widows and orphans, as this is an
unprofessional feature of text in the media
industry. Another thing I learnt about
technologies when creating my product was how
to align text in various ways on PhotoShop
(aligning top edges/right corners etc), which I was
previously unaware of, but can now use it to my
visual and professional advantage, creating
products which have accurately aligned bodies of
text, images and other features.
