2. Formatting
To make my both graphics to be high quality, I did this:
1. Copy-and-paste into Fireworks and save as separate file in PNG format.
2. Change the View to 100%.
3. Use the transform tool Ctrl T to resize the image, so it is fully visible on the screen.
4. Use Trim Canvas to remove unwanted background.
5. User guide illustration Use Save as and file format as GIF to save it.
6. Poster - Use Save as and file format as BMP to save it.
User guide GIF:

I first changed the image

to 100% view, and then
used the crop tool to get
rid of the unwanted
background. Then I
saved as GIF.

Poster BMP:

Same as poster BMP but

at the end I saved the
image as BMP.
