This is to personally recommend Ms. Elanie T. Sumido, Administration Services

Assistant C, from temporary to permanent position. Being under the
Administrative Division for almost three years, I found her to be consistently
pleasant, tackling all assignments with dedication and a smile. She is very much
approachable and always willing to assist anybody in need of her help.
Besides being a joy to work with, she can work efficiently and effectively with less
supervision of her assignments, duties and responsibilities as she shows interest
and eagerness in performing her job.
Moreover, with her passing marks in the recent Civil Service Subprofessional
Exam, I believe there is no other reason for her to remain on temporary status
now that she is very much qualified for permanent position.
I therefore recommend her for permanent appointment without reservation.

MS. MARY ANNE E. LAPIZ

This is to personally recommend Ms. Mary Anne E. Lapiz, Property/Supply

Officer C of Administrative Division, for a permanent position. Having known her
for only a period of eight months, first on a job order then on a temporary status,
have already impressed me a lot in terms of her work attitude and job
performance.
Her interpersonal and communication skills have greatly contributed to the
Divisions personnel section being detailed as Administration Services Assistant
A. Ms. Lapiz possesses solid writing skills which have enabled her to compose
quality correspondence. Moreover, she has applied her previous job knowledge,
experiences and skills to her present work creating exceptional results.
Of particular value to me as her manager, are her remarkable creativity, work
initiative, knowledge and skills as she consistently demonstrates all of these
qualities.
Reliable, dedicated and skilled, Ms. Lapiz garners my unequivocal
recommendation as she has met all of the requirements for permanent
appointment of the position she is handling.
