Christmas Caroling Contest

Mechanics

The contest is open to Grade 4 to Grade 6.

Each group should be composed of 8-15 grade school pupils from
Grades IV-VI.
Each group must be supported by one (1) conductor and will be
given a maximum of five (5) minutes to perform.
Any Christmas songs (Tagalog, Visayan or English) may be sung.
Carol may be done in acapella or with the aid of non-electronic
musical instruments. The musical instruments can only be played
by the members of the participating group;

Christmas Dance Contest

Mechanics:
The contest is open to Grade 1 to Grade 3.
Each Group will perform a dance number with a time limit of 5
minutes. Beyond this limit, a total of 5 points will be deducted from
the groups total score.
Each group will have a minimum of eight (8) members.
The members of the groups maybe composed of all males or
females, or any combination thereof.
The dance number must have an accompaniment of any music,
which is modern and lively.
The use of pyrotechnic gadgets, a smoke or combustible material
as props is not allowed.
The criteria for judging are the following:
Choreography (Creativity, Artistry, Style & Originality)
