I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to enclose herewith
the PC-Is and Administrative Approval of the following five new schemes of this
Department for execution by your Department:

It is further requested that PC-Is of the above schemes may be evaluated

and if required this department would convene a DDWP meeting to consider any
proposals pertaining to the execution and cost estimates of the same. Furthermore
within a week time the Administrative Secretary of this Department may be briefed by
the respective Executive Engineers in whose preview these schemes fall.
