Mitch has been very punctual, prepared, and professional since his first day at Vincent Massey. He has accepted feedback in a positive
manner and immediately makes adjustments to his teaching practices. ln only a few weeks, Mitch has managed to develop
relationships with other members of the Math Department.

Mitch has shown a very strong understanding of all of the topics being covered during his placement so far. He has made attempts at
reaching different levels of learners but should continue to work at differentiating instructions. He clearly outlines the daily learning goals

Mitch keeps a neat and current daybook that helps him to link his daily lesson plans to his long-term learning goals. His lesson plans
have improved each day and he is now incorporating more opportunities in his lessons to challenge the students. He is very proficient at
presenting the key ideas from a lesson in a manner that is easily understood.

Mitch plans lessons that are structured and well-designed to fit the 38 minute periods at our school. The presented ideas are clear and if
questions arise he fields them like a professional every time. He has demonstrated that he is flexible by making necessary timing
adjustments to his lessons on the go. His lessons are engaging and meaningful, which helps him keep the students on task throughout
the entire class.
