    Dear Minister OToole


    On behalf of the NATO Veterans Organization of Canada, welcome as the new Minister of
    Veterans Affairs Canada.
    As we discussed on the phone when you called me in your first day in office, NATO Vets is
    available to discuss items of a mutual interest for initiatives we are sure you will be taking.
    We are not including any recommended list of action items as it is certain you already have many
    from many sources. That being said of course we have a perspective and we left that with you
    during our first excellent meeting in November.
    At that time and subsequently you have mentioned a further meeting of NATO Vets and yourself.
    We are available any time!
