Abstract: Nowadays, one of the most important topics for discussion and polemics in education between
theoreticians and practitioners is the inclusion introduction in education.
By its introduction, have been opened many issues and formed different views, opinions, dilemmas any doubts.
Today, the Students with special needs are included in the regular educational process along with the other
students, and the teacher is responsible for teaching and assessing pupils. The teacher faces with a new challenge
that requires primarily a fulfillment of certain prerequisites, a great flexibility, tolerance and attention from the
teacher and all included parties in the educational process; professional development of the teacher, as well as a
collaboration and assistance of professionals, special educators and parents. The biggest problem in this process
called inclusion, in the practice is the professional competence of the teachers, his professional development,
desire and the motivation to work with these children, i.e. the students. In this paper we will try to emphasize
certain aspects that arise as a problem in teaching, which we as practitioners face every day in the educational
process.
