Practice individually and have weekly rehearsals in order to learn and perform a tertiary
level percussion duet.

What challenges and/or new skills will this activity provide?
- fitting in practice times
- learning complex rhythms
- learning how to switch between multiple percussive instruments smoothly
- perfecting the piece for my partners HSC performance
- working together cohesively as a team
What do you want to achieve from your participation in this activity?
- develop my percussion technique
- improve my skills at working in a very small group
- to increase my own individual artistic talent and learn how to express this in a
piece of music
- develop my confidence when performing in front of audiences
- improve my sense of responsibility especially as this piece counts towards a
students HSC mark

- consistent reflections and recordings
