Bald Eagles

Description:
Bald Eagles are raptor. They have white necks and tails.Their feet are yellow. Bald
Eagles weigh from 3 to 6 pounds. They can live between 20 to 29 years of age.
Their wingspans can expand from 180-230 cm. They can be 3 feet tall. Bald
Eagles can fly between 72 to 85 miles an hour in flight. When they are diving they
can travel between 65 to 200 miles per hour. Bald Eagles breed when they are 5
years old.

Habitat:
Some of the places where the Bald Eagles live are in water areas such as lakes
where fish are plentiful. Bald Eagles can also be found in America and Canada.

Diet:
Bald Eagles are carnivores. Some of the things the Bald Eagle eats are fish and
rodents. They are also known to steal food from other birds.

Predators:
Bald Eagles predators are include: crows, gulls, and vultures.
