California Sisters

Description:
California Sisters are butterflies with wings that are blackish to brownish,
but mostly orange. The California Sisters length can be between 2 to 3
inches long. They can expand their wingspans up to 3 inches.
California Sisters like to camouflage themselves to keep away from
snakes.

Habitat:
California Sisters live in California and are found in oaklands, canyons,
caves, forests, and swamps.

Diet:
California Sisters are herbivores.They eat nectar from fruits, trees, and
flowers. They travel all around the world to find fruit and nectar.They also
love to feed on rotten fruits such as honeydew. California Sisters tend to
enjoy drinking nectar from the California Buckeyes.

Predators:
Snakes hunt California Sisters.
