Frame data is taken from SDTekken, Avioding The Puddle and Tekken Zaibatsu.
This is meant for the conclusion of the tier list discussion, as well as a complete Lars guide.
It would be best if someone would put the data up to the test and see if it holds true, if it doesn't I will update ASAP. inaccurate information is UNFORGIVABLE!
