MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
This MOU is signed between IIT GANDHINAGAR (IITGN) and Endeavor Media Management Private
Limited (EMMPL)
On this day: 1st December, 2015
For association during BLITHCHRON 2015 (17th 18th January 2015)

EMMPL is henceforth referred to as The Company

Deliverables to Blithchron, IIT Gandhinagar

1)
The company will be the sole marketing agency for Blithchron 15, responsible for connecting
various brands in the corporate world to sponsor Blithchron 15.
Deliverables to The Company:
1)

An agency commission @15% will be paid to The Company for the final amount of sponsorship

Disclaimers
1.

All negotiations will be done directly between the company and the authorised students of IITGN.

2.

The above MOU will become valid only after a copy of the same, signed in original by the

company, is received by the Faculty Advisor, Blithchron 15, either in hard or soft form, before the start of
the event.
3.

IIT Gandhinagar is not obliged to accept sponsorship in case of conflicts with IIT Gandhinagar

policies.
4.

For IIT Gandhinagar to pay 15% commission, the sponsorship brought in by the company should be

greater than 2 lakhs.

5.

All promotional material brought/ distributed by the company is the responsibility of the

company. IIT Gandhinagar will not be held responsible for any loss or theft of material.
6.

No content that is obscene or objectionable in nature can be used as promotional material.

7.

The Company is to respect the rules of IIT Gandhinagar.

8.

The Company is to respect the right of Blithchron 2015 and its other partners.

9.

All creatives pertaining to the company are subject to the companys approval
