NOTICE OF WITHDRAWAL FROM THE CONSPIRACY

NOW COMES the defendant, Cirino Gonzalez, by counsel, David H. Bownes, and

respectfully notifies this Court and the government of the following;

1. Mr. Gonzalez maintains his plea of not guilty with respect to the pending indictments.

2. While Mr. Gonzalez avers that he was never a part of any conspiracy to accomplish an

unlawful act or aiding and abetting such acts and he further asserts that by the very latest, June

23, 2007, that he was no longer associated with individuals named in the indictment including

but not limited to Edward and Elaine Brown and did not participate in any further acts, be they

lawful or unlawful.
