Dancers, Dance Enthusiasts, Choreographers, and

Volunteers are need it!

We are seeking unpaid volunteers, Dance Enthusiasts, Choreographers without formal dance training to work
on a piece of exercise/dance, for Avenue D Afro-Latino Dance participants, a joint effort with the health
foundation. Please feel free to send us any questions Rochetc@CityofRochester.govor- call Evelyn at 585-3299671. This will be a great opportunity to showcase creativity using exercise program, this opportunity cannot
be missed. We have a couple of people already on board! We are looking for a few more. See you soon!

QUALIFICATIONS
Must be 16 yrs old or older by June 2014
Must be currently registered in the City of Rochester Recreation program.
Must enjoy work with children and have interest/talents in one of the following areas:
a) Recreation and sport
b) Community Arts
c) Tutoring and Academics
d) Mentoring and Counseling
e) exercise
Previous or no previous formal dance training is necessary
Physically able to participate in movement/dance for at least 2 hours a week

the dates referenced below.

REHEARSAL DATES
Unless otherwise noted, rehearsals will take place in shifts of 1-2 hours at the Avenue D R-Center.
Starting March 2015 Every Wednesday and the last Thursday of the month.
(Between 56:00 pm)
