Herein after called the FIRST PARTY (Which term shall mean and include his legal heirs/representatives/attorneys/agents/adminstrators etc.) AND Macherla Narender Chary S/O Macherla Bikshapathi Chary aged about 38 years R/O of H.No:2-2-1164, Behind Kishan Rao Hospital, Tilaknagar, Hyderabad 500044 Telangana State. Herein after called the SECOND PARTY (Which term shall mean and include his legal heirs/representatives/attorneys/agents/adminstrators etc.)

Whereas both the parties are Father and Son.
It is mutually agreed that SECOND PARTY shall pay Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) to the FIRST PARTY for giving two additional rooms to the SECOND PARTY in Ground Floor in addition to the existing portion where the SECOND PARTY is now residing. The Schedule of the property bearing H.No: 2-21164(Ground Floor) behind Kishan Rao Hospital, Tilaknagar, Hyderabad 500044 Telangana State. Whereas the FIRST PARTY Macherla Bikshapathi Chary herein have received Rs.2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Only) from the SECOND PARTY i.e. Macherla Narender Chary. Whereas the FIRST PARTY executed this deed of family settlement/undertaking in presence of the following witnesses with free will and consent. On the day above mentioned.
