UAE CELEBRATION

The day started off with the whole school assembled in the basketball courts downstairs,
preparing for the walkathon which had been
recorded throughout. Also, the school had prepared various activities in store for all the students, from horse riding and camel riding, to
food stalls and fashion shows which was enjoyable for students and teachers alike. All the
students were lined up in the basketball and
football court, and witnessed the flag of UAE
being rolled down prior to the recitation of the
Holy Quran and the whole ceremony was followed with constant cheers and laughter.

Sultan Al Nahyan was a great
leader who once had the vision
of developing UAE, which after
the 43rd National day, has accomplished its goals being
one of the greatest tourist attractions in the world, as well
as hosting the Expo 2020.
Thanks to our great leader, the
modern UAE has become one
of the most visited and appreciated countries in the world.

As a student, I am glad to say that 4 weeks of exam are finally over!

But schools not over yet for all of us as our paper results are there
waiting up ahead.
Upon receiving some of our papers, the marks that we were expecting wasnt what we quite expected. And not only that, everytime
we receive a paper, the whole class gives out a sad vibe.
But as our teachers said, we can do better on our second mocks
as long as we study harder, pray harder and work harder.

After many discussions about the year 11 event, the date has
been finally set to January 8, 2015. The representatives of
each class are now finalizing on performances and on deciding what the year 11 events name will be called. Apart from
that, having the MASQUERADE theme in mind, a competition of masks between each class is decided and the best of
best will be decided on the day of the event.
