Course Description
This course aims at providing students with some theoretical and practical
foundations on curriculum analysis, particularly the curriculum of English applied
in SMPs and SMAs.

Objective
At the end of the course, the students are expected to be able to apply all learned
theories and practices on curriculum analysis.

Assignment
The course requires each student to write 1 syllabus of a skill and 1 lesson plan for
teaching English to students of SMP or SMA.

V.

Evaluation
1. To be allowed to take a semester examination, the students must attend the class
at least 80%.
2. In groups, the students must present two lesson plans of different skills
3. The final grade consists of:
a. Assignment and Presentation
: 20%
b. Mid Semester Examination
: 35 %
c. Semester Examination
: 45%
