Whats New at Walt Disney World

Cinderella Sneak Peek and Golden Coach at Disneys
Hollywood Studios

Trattoria al Forno Now Open at Disney's BoardWalk Resort

For a limited time beginning January

17, 2015, you can head to Disneys Hollywood Studios at the Walt Disney
World Resort for an exclusive preview
of the new live-action Disney feature
Cinderella, in theaters on March 13,
2015. This special speak peek will be
presented at the parks ABC Sound Studio through March 21, 2015.

Trattoria al Forno, a new casual Italian restaurant at Disneys

BoardWalk Resort, is now open. This new Walt Disney World Resort restaurant offers diners an authentic taste of Italy. Showcasing traditional techniques, Trattoria al Forno celebrates the diversity of Italian cuisine with authentic ingredients and recipes hailing
from all over The Boot, from Milan to Rome. Menu items include house-made daily mozzarella atop Neapolitan-style pizzas,
hand-rolled pastas, velvety risottos and seasonal seafood. For a
sweet end to the meal, you can enjoy signature-blend Italian
coffee accompanied by Italian dessert classics, such as tiramisu,
lemon panna cotta, gelato and more. The restaurants extensive
wine list, which is 100 percent Italian, takes you on a journey
through Italys 20 wine regions. And, for breakfast, Trattoria al
Forno offers up American favorites with classic Italian tastes, including scrambled eggs with tomato, basil and fresh mozzarella, or
cured Italian meats with tomatoes, hard-boiled egg, and cheese
with fonduta (a warm cheesy sauce for dipping bread).

In addition, you will have the opportunity to get an up-close look at the
original golden coach from the film.
This stunning set piece will be on display in front of the movie theater faade on Streets of America at Disneys
Hollywood Studios February 1-April 11,
2015.

Did You Know...

Walt Disney: Marceline to Magic Kingdom Tour
Did you know that Walt Disneys boyhood home was in Marceline, MO?
Walts family moved to Marceline
when he was 4. The fond memories
he had of Marceline led him to create
the iconic glimpse of Americana
known as Main Street, U.S.A.
This small railroad town inspired a
lifelong fascination for Walt, and
though the Disneys would live there
only 4 years, this idyllic boyhood
backdrop was never forgotten. By the
time Walt had his own family, it
fueled his vision of Disneyland as a
place to spend quality time with his
daughters.
Walt Disneys Magic Kingdom
offers a 3-hour tour that looks at
how key events in Walt Disneys
life inspired the Magic Kingdom
park and the beloved attractions
within it. On this walking tour,
discover some of the secrets behind the magic.
Mouse NotesJanuary 2015

Your Disney guide will share many

little-known facts about Walt, as well
as the design and operation of several
classic attractions.
This insiders look at the history of the
Magic Kingdom park is perfect for the
avid Disney fan and offers a lighter
alternative to the more in-depth Keys

In the Spotlight

Disneys Beach
Club Resort
Disneys Beach Club Resort is a
Deluxe resort along Crescent
Lake in the Epcot area. Its turn
of the century New England
design gives it the feel of the
lazy days of summer along the
seaside. This Disney Vacation
Club property was designed by noted architect Robert A. M. Stern and features pastel colors and intricate wood accents. Disneys Beach Club Resort is the sister resort
of Disneys Yacht Club and they are one complex that connects in the middle. Disneys Beach Club Resort has 576 guest rooms, offering two types of viewsstandard
and water/pool views. Several suite options are also available.
One of the many benefits of this beautiful resort is the location. Guests can take a
short walk to Epcots International Gateway, and Disneys Hollywood Studios is approximately a mile walk along the walking path. A water taxi is also available making
stops to several destinations along Crescent Lake.
Disneys Beach Club Resort pool, Stormalong Bay, is arguably the best resort pool on
Disney property. Stormalong Bay is a 3 acre beachside water park featuring a lifesized shipwreck replica with a 230 foot slide, one of the highest waterslides at a Disney resort. The pool itself has a sand bottom and a lazy river, where guests can rent
pool noodles or a personal size raft. Guests can also relax in hot tubs as well. There is
also a quiet pool for those that would like a more secluded atmosphere.
There are many dining options at Disneys Beach Club Resort. If guests are looking for
fine dining, Yachtsman Steakhouse is a great option. Character dining may be found
at Cape May Caf. Casual dining is available at Beaches & Cream Soda Shop, Cape
May Caf, and Captains Grille. There are also three lounges, Ale & Compass Lounge,
Crews Cup Lounge, and Marthas Vineyard. For guests who prefer a quick-service
option, they may go to Hurricane Hannas Grill or Beach Club Marketplace. 24-hour
room service is also available.
Guests may take time from their vacation for a workout in the Ship Shape Health
Club, a 24-hour state-of-the-art fitness center.
If parents are looking to enjoy an evening to themselves, children ages 3 to 12, can
make crafts, play games, have dinner and snacks, watch Disney movies, and make
new friends in the Sandcastle Club.
Disneys Beach Club Resort is a beautiful resort in which families can relax after a day
in the theme park or be entertained with the many activities in and surrounding the
resort.

Aulani, a Disney Resort

and Spa
Geri and Jennifers Aulani Adventure
In October, Geri and Jennifer had the opportunity
to visit Aulani on a Travel Agent Appreciation Program. Over the next
few months you will
read what they discovered at Aulani,
Disneys Resort and
Spa on Oahu.

Aulani - Day 2
We spent the morning walking around
the resort, checking
out the cove and pools. There are several pools
including a kids play area, adult only pool and an
infinity edge family pool. We found several secluded areas with the pools to enjoy the scenery and
the quietness. Down by
the Cove, there are
lounge chairs and umbrellas to use on a first
come first serve basis.
The cove is shared in
part with the hotel next
door, with a clear separation of Disney Guests
and the others. The water was clear and the
perfect temperature for
taking a dip!
