in furthering the brand of the team, our city and region.
We would like to inform you of recent communications between us and the NFL concerning the
prospect of a new public-private partnership which would finance and build a new multipurpose, revenue-enhancing complex on the Outer Harbor .We have also attached relevant
correspondence as part of that exchange.
We offer our support to facilitate a meeting with partners of the development group referenced in
our Council Resolution including 1-1KS of Dallas and the President of The Strong Museum of
Play in furtherance of exchanging information we think important to our mutual concerns.
