    Minimum Qualification :
    Requirements
    Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
    A minimum 7 years experience in Electrical related to plant
    operations & maintenance, and/or project engineering, and/or planning in

    the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.

    Responsibility
    Establish, review and plan training programs and modules for GPUs
    Electrical Non-Executive, Technical Trade Specialist, Executive and
    Technical Professional through capability gap analysis, situational
    assessment, intervention plans of Capability Building and structure
    competency Development in supporting GPU technical Departments business needs and objectives and in line with
    PGB, PETRONAS Policies, practices and procedures as well as statutory requirements and towards achieving
    competent and capable workforce and to ensure business sustenance and growth.
