How To Join Class Action Court Case

1. During several meetings throughout the country Investors decided to join the class
action against Orthotouch, Mr Georgiou, Klopper and others.
2. As with all court cases it must be funded and Investors proposed that all participants
contribute an amount of R1,000 per syndication towards the costs.
3. To assist Attorney JP Joubert who already manages contributions of more than 6,000
investors Attorneys Theron & Partners were also appointed to manage contributions.

Note:
1. If you cannot make a once of payment of R1,000 you are welcome to pay it in
instalments 2xR500 or 5xR200 etc. As long as the first payment is done before the new
cut-off date 05 January 2015.
2. Should you be in the unfortunate position not to be able to make a contribution of
R1,000 it is up to yourself to contribute whatever you can afford but to become part of
the action you must make a contribution.
3. Please keep your proof of payment in a safe place.
