Pein Ac neem cum ner: General requirements Engineering graduates & post graduates from reputed institutes Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience in process plants’ industry + Involvement in execution of 3 to 4 projects, experience of leading a team Proficiency in CAD and/or CAE tools relevant to the discipline Knowledge & experience of conceptual & basic engineering preferred Willingness to accept assignments abroad Civil & Structural (Job Code : CS.01) : Analysis & design of industrial structures including design of open and / of pile foundations for structures & static/dynamic equipment. Knowledge of intemational codes i.e, AISC, ACI, ASCE, DIN, BS etc. Hands on experience of 3D CAD modelling & model review tools. Plant Layout & Piping Design (Job Code PL 01): Preparation of equipment layout, piping layout around equipment & on Piperack, nozzle orientation, pipe support concept and MTO. Checking of isometrics/ piping GA/ vendor drawings. Understanding & implementing client /quality / safety requirements, project technical specifications, schedule, interdisciplinary interfaces. Familiarity with Stress Analysis and Piping material procurement support activities. Hands on experience of 3D CAD modelling & model review tools. Piping Materials (Job Code PM 01) : Preparation of Piping material specifications, Valve material specifications, Data sheets of valves and special Piping Items. Procurement engineering activities like preparation of MR & PR, offer evaluation, Technical Bid Evaluations and Vendor Document Review. Knowledge of Reference Database would be an added advantage. Static Equipments (Job Code SE 01) = Designing, specifying, evaluating, preparing bid comparison & reviewing vendor documents for static equipment like pressure vessels, heat exchangers, columns, reactors, storage tanks etc. Sound knowledge of various international codes like ASME, EN, API etc Rotating Equipments (Job Code : RE 01) : Specifying, evaluating & preparing bid comparison. Review of vendor documents, performance testing for rotating equipment such as compressors, pumps, turbines, blowers etc. for petrochemical and refinery plants. Sound knowledge of various international codes and standards like API, NEMA, ISO etc. QA / QC & Materials Technology (Job Code QA 01) : Independent inspection of equipment at manufacturer's workshop, Inspection of piping components including valves. Sound knowledge of different NDT methods, welding processes, international codes like ASME Sec. Vill, Div 1 & 2, Sec. IX, Sec.V, EN Codes like EN 13445. Knowledge of different materials and their properties w.r. to various design parameters like process fluids, temperature, Heat Treatment etc. Performing supplier qualification audits. Instrumentation (Job Code = IC 01) : Experience in instrument and control system design engineering. Thorough knowledge of field instrumentation, control valves, Safety relief valves, control systems engineering & procurement activities. Knowledge of SP Instrumentation, flow & control valve sizing, 1S & SIL calculations etc. Experience in detail engineering of F & G concepts, F&Ginstruments and analytical instruments would be an added advantage.
