Designation Associate reporting to the Director and working with Mr. Narayana
Murthy
Description
Work across venture capital, private equity and public market opportunities
Develop deep understanding of multiple industry sectors
Independently evaluate firms and business ideas across stages
Help incubate businesses from scratch
Skill Sets Expected
Individuals with a great value system - believers in open-mindedness,
meritocracy, fairness, integrity, transparency and accountability
Quick learners with strong analytical ability, drive, interpersonal skills and
passion
Annual Compensation
Rs. 25 Lakhs per annum (Fixed: Rs. 20 Lakhs, Variable: Upto Rs. 5 Lakhs)
After 1 year, candidates with outstanding performance may be considered
for additional compensation from the profit share pool

Probation Period Three months

Shortlisted candidates will complete a written evaluation
Final shortlisted candidates will be interviewed by Mr. Murthy and the
